Our story: how we reset SMM prices in Africa

In June 2021, in Nairobi, we looked closely at the SMM panels selling to African creators. Most were resellers buying from other resellers, and each one added a markup. By the time an order reached a creator in Kenya, the price was several times the real cost. Services dropped within days, support was hard to reach, and paying often meant an international wallet or crypto, which most people here do not use.

So we built it the other way. We set up our own delivery services instead of reselling, added the mobile money people already use every day, and put real people on support. We launched with prices so low that other panels had to cut theirs.

How do I top up with mobile money?
Sign in, open Add Funds, choose your network, enter the amount and approve the payment on your phone. Your balance updates once the payment is confirmed. Add Funds lists every method open in your country.
What if my payment does not show in my balance?
Most top-ups show quickly. If money left your account but your balance has not moved, send support the transaction ID or the confirmation message and we trace it. Every payment is logged, so it can always be found.

Each service has its own price per 1,000, shown in your currency. There is no sign-up or monthly fee for buying services; you only pay for what you order. See the live price list.
Why is Jeskie Panel so cheap?
Because we are a direct provider, not a reseller. There is no chain of panels between you and the service, each adding a markup, so we can keep our prices below other panels and pass the saving to you.
What is the minimum top-up?
Add Funds shows the minimum for the payment network you choose. Many services also take a small quantity, so you can test one order with a little money before you spend more.
Do prices change from country to country?
The services are the same everywhere. You see each price in your own currency when we serve your country, and in US dollars otherwise, and you pay with your local method, so there is nothing to convert yourself.

Orders and quality

How long does delivery take?
Most orders start soon after you place them, and each service shows its usual speed before you order. Big quantities, watch hours and drip-feed orders take longer by design. Your Orders page shows every order as Pending, In progress, Completed or Partial.
How does refill work?
Many services carry a refill period, from 30 to 365 days, shown on the service before you order. If some followers or likes drop inside that period, press Refill on the order and the drop is topped up free.
What happens if an order fails or only partly delivers?
A cancelled order goes back to your balance in full. If only part is delivered, the order is marked Partial and the undelivered part is credited to your balance automatically, with no ticket needed.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Orders start processing on their own, so most cannot be stopped once they begin. Check the link, the service and the quantity before you submit. If something looks wrong, message support with the order ID straight away.

Can I resell Jeskie Panel services through the API?

Where do I find my API key, and which software works with it?
Sign in, open the Account page and copy your API key. The API follows the usual SMM panel format, one POST endpoint that returns JSON for services, orders, status and balance, so panel software that connects to a provider by API key can use it.

Can I start my own SMM panel?

What is the difference between a child panel and a rented panel?
A child panel is made inside your Jeskie Panel account: pick a domain and a design, our services load in, and the monthly fee comes from your balance. A Jeskie Rental panel is its own site, with a free trial, one-tap top-up approval, three languages, a blog and staff accounts.
How much does it cost to rent an SMM panel?
Jeskie Rental charges one monthly fee, set by how many orders your customers place. There is no setup fee, and a free trial lets you start before you pay. The money your customers pay goes to you; we take no cut of it.
Do I need technical skills to run a rented panel?
