Terms of Service

Last Updated: April 30, 2026 — Effective for all users across Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, South Africa, Ivory Coast, and worldwide.

1. General Terms & Acceptance

By accessing, registering on, or using jeskieinc.com ("Jeskie Services", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. Material changes affecting pricing, refill policies, or payment processing will be communicated via dashboard notification and/or WhatsApp broadcast where possible.

These Terms apply to all services, features, and products offered by Jeskie Services, including but not limited to: the main SMM panel, API services, white-label panels, reseller programmes, the refer-and-earn programme, the free signup test balance, WhatsApp bot and human support, and all country-specific panels serving Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, South Africa, and Ivory Coast.

2. Definitions

  • "SMM Panel" — Social Media Marketing panel; an online platform for purchasing social media engagement services.
  • "Direct Provider" — A company that owns and operates its own delivery infrastructure, as opposed to a reseller that sources services from third parties.
  • "Non-Drop" — A guarantee that delivered engagement (followers, likes, views) will not decrease. If drops occur within the refill period, the service is automatically refilled at no extra cost.
  • "Drip-Feed" — A delivery method that spreads an order over a specified timeframe (e.g., 500 followers per day) to mimic organic growth.
  • "Refill" — The automatic replacement of dropped engagement within the stated guarantee period.
  • "Partial" — An order that could only deliver a portion of the requested quantity. The undelivered amount is refunded to account balance.
  • "STK Push" — (SIM Toolkit Push) An automated M-Pesa payment prompt sent directly to a user's phone for instant payment confirmation.
  • "API" — Application Programming Interface; allows third-party platforms to place orders programmatically on Jeskie Services.
  • "White-Label" — A reselling arrangement where the reseller operates their own branded SMM panel, with Jeskie providing backend fulfilment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Jeskie Services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are under 18, you must have verifiable parental or legal guardian consent before using the Platform. Jeskie Services reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of social media marketing services complies with the laws, regulations, and social media platform policies applicable in your country. Jeskie Services operates from Nairobi, Kenya, and serves users across Africa and globally.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access our services, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google sign-in. You are fully responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and truthful information during registration.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email, password, API key).
  • All activities that occur under your account, whether authorised or not.

Account rules:

  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be merged or suspended at our discretion.
  • You must not share your login credentials or API key with any third party.
  • Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account via WhatsApp (+254-747-261-628) or the ticket system.
  • We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms.
  • Suspended accounts retain their balance for 90 days. After 90 days of suspension, unclaimed balances are forfeited.

5. Services Overview

Jeskie Services provides social media marketing (SMM) services including but not limited to: followers, likes, views, comments, subscribers, watch hours, shares, saves, story views, Reels views, live stream views, channel members, plays, monthly listeners, connections, reactions, and other engagement metrics across 15+ platforms:

  • Instagram: Followers, likes, views, comments, Reels views, story views, saves, impressions.
  • TikTok: Followers, likes, views, shares, saves, comments, live views.
  • YouTube: Subscribers, views, watch hours (for monetisation), likes, comments.
  • Facebook: Page likes, page followers, post likes, post shares, video views, group members.
  • Twitter/X: Followers, likes, retweets, impressions, views.
  • Telegram: Channel members, group members, post views, reactions.
  • Spotify: Plays, followers, monthly listeners, playlist followers.
  • LinkedIn: Followers, connections, post likes, article views.
  • Additional platforms: Discord members, Twitch followers/viewers, Snapchat followers, Pinterest followers/saves, SoundCloud plays/followers, Quora followers/upvotes, Vimeo views.

We are a direct provider — we own and operate our own delivery servers. Our engineering team updates infrastructure daily to match social media platform algorithm changes. This is why we offer genuine non-drop guarantees, faster delivery, and lower pricing than reseller panels.

6. Service Quality Tiers & Delivery

6.1 Quality Tiers

Services are offered in multiple quality tiers, each clearly labelled in the service listing:

  • Standard: Budget-friendly. 30-day refill guarantee where applicable. Suitable for general social proof.
  • Premium: Higher retention, more realistic profiles. 90–180 day refill guarantee. Recommended for businesses and influencers.
  • Ultra: Highest quality, slowest and most natural delivery. 365-day refill guarantee. For accounts requiring maximum safety.
  • Lifetime: Permanent refill guarantee for the life of the target account. Available on select services.

Each service listing shows: price per unit, minimum/maximum order quantity, estimated start time, estimated delivery speed, refill period (if applicable), and a detailed service description. These specifications constitute the scope of our guarantee for that specific service.

6.2 Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Social media platform algorithm changes or maintenance windows.
  • Server load and order queue volume.
  • Service provider adjustments for quality optimisation.
  • Geographic targeting requirements.

Typical delivery ranges: Likes/views: instant to 30 minutes. Followers: 0–60 minutes. YouTube subscribers: 0–24 hours. YouTube watch hours: 24–72 hours (gradual delivery for safety). We do not guarantee exact delivery times.

6.3 Drip-Feed Delivery

Many services support drip-feed, which spreads the order over a user-specified timeframe. Example: 10,000 followers delivered as 500 per day over 20 days. Drip-feed is strongly recommended for large orders to mimic organic growth and reduce algorithm detection risk. When using drip-feed, total delivery time will be longer than the standard estimate.

7. Orders — Rules & Restrictions

7.1 Placing Orders

  • Before placing any order, ensure your target page, profile, video, post, or channel is public and accessible.
  • We require only your public URL or username. We never ask for your password, and you should never share it.
  • Every order is assigned a unique Order ID for tracking in your dashboard.
  • All orders are final once placed and processing has begun.
  • You may track order status in real time: Pending → In Progress → Completed / Partial / Cancelled.

7.2 Order Restrictions

  • No duplicate orders: Do not place multiple orders for the same link simultaneously. Wait until your first order is Completed, Cancelled, or Partial before submitting another for the same link.
  • Account changes void guarantees: If you delete your page, change your username, make your account private, or remove the target post/video after placing an order, your order becomes ineligible for refunds, refills, or any compensation.
  • Count guarantee: We guarantee only the number of followers, likes, or views ordered — not your total count. External factors (organic unfollows, platform purges) that reduce your total beyond our delivered quantity are not covered.
  • Completed/Partial orders: Orders with status Completed or Partial are non-refundable. For Partial orders, the undelivered portion is automatically credited to your account balance.

7.3 Prohibited Content

We do not accept orders promoting or linking to:

  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content of any kind.
  • Hateful, racist, discriminatory, or violence-inciting content.
  • Gambling, betting, lottery, or casino platforms (unless legally licensed in your jurisdiction).
  • Scam, phishing, pyramid scheme, or fraudulent content.
  • Content that violates the terms of service of the target social media platform.
  • Content promoting illegal drugs, weapons, or other unlawful goods or services.
  • Content targeting minors or exploiting vulnerable populations.

Orders targeting such content will be immediately cancelled without refund, and the user's account may be suspended.

8. Payments — Methods by Country

All payments must be made through the authorised payment methods listed on the Platform. We support the following payment methods by country:

Note on payment method names: In Nigeria, "OPay" and "PalmPay" are the user-facing mobile wallet apps. The backend payment processing may be handled by different payment infrastructure providers. Similarly, "M-Pesa" in Kenya refers to the Safaricom consumer product, regardless of backend processors.

9. Payment Processing & Disputes

  • All payments are fully automated. Balance updates within seconds after payment confirmation. No admin involvement is required for standard deposits.
  • Once a transaction is completed and your balance is credited, the deposit cannot be reversed unless approved by our team for exceptional documented circumstances.
  • Minimum deposit: Varies by country and payment method. Typically KSh 10 (Kenya), NGN 100 (Nigeria), GHS 1 (Ghana), UGX 500 (Uganda), TZS 500 (Tanzania), RWF 100 (Rwanda), ZAR 5 (South Africa), XOF 100 (Ivory Coast).
  • No hidden fees: Jeskie Services does not charge additional fees on deposits. However, your mobile money operator, bank, or cryptocurrency network may charge their own transaction fees which are outside our control.
  • Payment issues: In the rare event of a payment issue (network timeout, double charge, missing deposit), contact support immediately via WhatsApp (+254-747-261-628) or the ticket system with your transaction reference number, mobile money confirmation message, or bank receipt. We will investigate and resolve promptly, typically within 1–24 hours.
Anti-Fraud Warning: Users attempting to make false M-Pesa reversals, fake bank chargebacks, OPay/PalmPay false disputes, MTN MoMo reversal fraud, Orange Money reversal fraud, or any other fraudulent payment claims will be permanently banned from Jeskie Services. Your entire account balance will be forfeited. Such activity will be reported to the relevant mobile money operator (Safaricom, MTN, Airtel, Vodacom, Orange), payment processor, and/or law enforcement authorities in Kenya and/or your country of residence.

10. Pricing & Currency

Prices are displayed in the currency selected in your dashboard. Supported currencies: KSh (KES), NGN, GHS, UGX, TZS, RWF, ZAR, XOF, and USD.

  • Prices are listed per service and may change at any time based on service quality adjustments, supply availability, or demand fluctuations.
  • Currency conversion rates used in the dashboard are approximate and updated periodically. They may not match real-time bank or market exchange rates.
  • Promotional pricing, discount codes, or limited-time offers are valid only during their stated period and cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Reseller/API users receive volume-based discounts of up to 40% on standard pricing. Discount tiers are based on cumulative order volume.

11. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are available only for orders that have not started processing and are approved for cancellation.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via the ticket system or WhatsApp before the order begins processing.
  • Once an order status changes to In Progress, Completed, or Partial, no cash refund can be issued.
  • For Partial orders (where only a portion of the ordered quantity was delivered), the undelivered portion is automatically refunded to your Jeskie account balance.
  • All refunds are credited to your Jeskie account balance for future use — not to your original payment method (M-Pesa, bank, MoMo, etc.) — unless explicitly approved by our team for exceptional circumstances.
  • We do not issue refunds for services where the user deleted their page, changed username, made their account private, or removed the target post/video during or after delivery.
  • We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction with service quality when the order was delivered as described in the service listing.
  • Refund processing time: typically immediate for balance credits. Exceptional cash refunds (if approved) may take 3–14 business days depending on the payment method.

12. Non-Drop Guarantee & Refill Policy

Many services include a non-drop guarantee with an automatic refill feature. This is a key differentiator of Jeskie Services as a direct provider.

Refill rules:

  • Refill guarantees apply only to services that explicitly state a refill period in their service listing.
  • To request a refill, click the automatic Refill button next to your order in the dashboard. The refill processes immediately with no admin involvement needed.
  • Refills cover drops in the delivered quantity only. They do not guarantee your total follower/like count remains constant if you also lose followers organically or from platform purges independent of our delivery.
  • Refill requests must be made within the stated refill period from the date the original order was marked Completed.
  • Refills are void if: The user deleted the page or post. The user changed their username or handle. The user made their account private. The target URL is no longer accessible.
  • Each order is eligible for a reasonable number of refills within the guarantee period. Excessive or abusive refill requests (e.g., hundreds of refills for the same order) may be investigated.

13. Server Status Page

Logged-in users have access to a dedicated Server Status page showing the real-time operational status of every service category:

  • ● Up — Service running normally. Orders processing at expected speed.
  • ● Slow — Service experiencing delays. Orders are queued and will be processed, but delivery may be slower than usual.
  • ● Down — Service temporarily unavailable. New orders will queue until the service is restored.

This page is provided for transparency and to help you make informed decisions before placing orders. Server status may change without notice due to social media platform updates.

14. API & Reseller Terms

Jeskie Services provides a REST API v2 at jeskieinc.com/api/v2 for resellers and developers to integrate our services into their own platforms.

  • API access is available to all registered users with a positive account balance.
  • The API supports 9 endpoints: services, add order (default/custom comments/subscription), order status (single + bulk up to 100), balance, refill (single + bulk), refill status (single + bulk), and cancel (bulk).
  • All API requests use POST method with JSON responses.
  • Resellers using the API earn volume-based discounts up to 40% depending on cumulative order volume.
  • API keys are confidential. Sharing your API key with unauthorised parties is a violation of these Terms and may result in key revocation.
  • Compatible with: PerfectPanel, SmartPanel, SMMLab (ViserLab), Easy SMM, and all SMM API v2 compatible scripts.
  • API documentation is available at jeskieinc.com/white-label-smm-panel.
  • Rate limits apply. Excessive automated requests may be throttled.
  • We are not responsible for how resellers price, market, or deliver services to their end clients.
  • Violations by a reseller's end clients may result in the reseller's account being suspended.

15. White-Label Panel Terms

Users operating white-label panels powered by Jeskie's API are additionally bound by:

  • White-label operators are responsible for creating their own Terms of Service for their end users.
  • White-label operators must handle their own customer support and dispute resolution.
  • Jeskie provides backend fulfilment only and is not party to disputes between white-label operators and their clients.
  • White-label operators must not misrepresent themselves as Jeskie Services or imply official affiliation beyond being a reseller.
  • Bulk API abuse, fake order volume inflation, or any manipulation of the volume discount tier system will result in immediate API key revocation and account termination.

16. Refer & Earn Programme

  • Every registered user receives a unique referral link accessible in their dashboard under Profile → Affiliate.
  • You earn a commission when someone signs up through your referral link and makes a qualifying deposit.
  • Commission rates are set by Jeskie and may change without notice.
  • Commissions are credited automatically to your account balance.
  • Withdrawals are available from as little as $1 (minimum withdrawal).
  • Withdrawals are processed automatically with no admin approval needed.
  • Prohibited: Self-referrals (creating multiple accounts to earn referral bonuses), fake signups, click fraud, or any manipulation of the referral system. Violations result in forfeiture of all referral earnings and possible account suspension.
  • Jeskie reserves the right to modify commission rates, programme terms, or discontinue the programme at any time.

17. Free Signup Test Balance

  • New users may receive a free test balance after registering via Google or email sign-up.
  • The test balance is provided to allow new users to verify service quality and delivery speed before depositing.
  • Test balance amounts are determined by Jeskie and may vary.
  • Test balance is non-withdrawable and can only be used to place orders.
  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit the free test balance is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently banned.

18. WhatsApp Notifications & Support

  • Users may optionally add their WhatsApp number in their dashboard to receive automated order notifications (Completed, Cancelled, Partial, Refunded).
  • WhatsApp is also used for customer support through our AI-assisted bot system, which seamlessly escalates complex issues to human agents.
  • WhatsApp numbers are used solely for service communication. We do not sell, rent, share, or use your number for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than Jeskie service communication.
  • Support is available 24/7 in English and Swahili. Response time is typically within minutes.
  • Both WhatsApp and the dashboard ticket system are official support channels. For formal disputes or documentation needs, the ticket system is recommended.
  • Abusing the bot system (spamming, sending offensive content, attempting to manipulate automated responses) may result in WhatsApp support being disabled for your account.

19. User Responsibility & Platform Compliance

  • You are responsible for ensuring your content, accounts, and activities comply with the rules and terms of service of each social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, Telegram, Spotify, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Jeskie Services is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Instagram (Meta), TikTok (ByteDance), YouTube (Google), Facebook (Meta), Twitter/X, Telegram, Spotify, LinkedIn (Microsoft), or any other social media platform.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the visibility, accessibility, and security of your social media accounts.
  • Setting your account to private, changing usernames, or deleting content after placing an order invalidates all guarantees, refill eligibility, and refund eligibility.
  • You acknowledge that social media platforms may change their algorithms, policies, content moderation rules, or enforcement practices at any time, which may affect service delivery, retention, or account standing.
  • Jeskie Services is not liable for any actions taken by social media platforms against your account, including but not limited to: content removal, account restriction, shadow-banning, suspension, or permanent ban.

20. Prohibited Content & Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jeskie Services:

  • Placing orders for content that is pornographic, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, discriminatory, or illegal.
  • Using the platform to promote scams, phishing, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent activity.
  • Attempting to access, hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the Platform's systems, servers, databases, or APIs.
  • Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform outside of the official API.
  • Placing orders with stolen payment credentials, unauthorised payment methods, or funds obtained through illegal means.
  • Creating multiple accounts for any purpose (test balance exploitation, referral fraud, ban evasion).
  • Abusing the refill system with excessive or manipulative refill requests.
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration, payment, or support interactions.
  • Engaging in behaviour that harasses, threatens, or abuses Jeskie staff, support agents, or other users.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, forfeiture of all account balance, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

21. Fraud Prevention & Legal Action

Jeskie Services maintains active fraud detection systems. The following activities are considered fraud and will trigger immediate enforcement:

  • M-Pesa reversal fraud: Initiating false reversals through Safaricom for completed payments.
  • Bank chargeback fraud: Filing false chargebacks with your bank for completed deposits.
  • Mobile money reversal fraud: Filing false reversals with MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, Vodacom, Orange Money, OPay, PalmPay, or any other mobile money provider.
  • Fake payment screenshots: Submitting forged or manipulated payment confirmation screenshots or transaction references.
  • Multiple account exploitation: Creating fake accounts to abuse free test balances, referral bonuses, or promotional offers.
  • API abuse: Using the API to manipulate order volumes, exploit pricing tiers, or cause intentional service disruption.
Legal Action: Jeskie Services reserves the right to report all fraudulent activity to relevant authorities, including but not limited to: Safaricom (Kenya), MTN (Ghana/Uganda/Rwanda/Ivory Coast), Airtel (Uganda/Tanzania), Vodacom (Tanzania), Orange (Ivory Coast), OPay/PalmPay (Nigeria), the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI, Kenya), Nigeria Police Force Cybercrime Unit, and INTERPOL for cross-border fraud. Fraudulent users' IP addresses, device fingerprints, and account data may be shared with law enforcement upon legal request. Your account balance will be permanently forfeited.

22. Intellectual Property

All content on jeskieinc.com — including but not limited to text, design, logos, graphics, user interface elements, code, documentation, API specifications, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of Jeskie Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from jeskieinc.com without prior written permission from Jeskie Services.

The Jeskie Services name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of Jeskie Services. Unauthorised use of our trademarks is prohibited.

23. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect only the information necessary to provide our services: email address, phone number (optional, for WhatsApp notifications), payment transaction details, order history, IP addresses, and basic device information for security purposes.
  • We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information with third parties except as strictly required for: (a) payment processing through our authorised payment gateways, (b) legal compliance when required by law or court order, (c) fraud investigation and prevention.
  • All payment transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption and processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
  • We do not store credit card numbers, M-Pesa PINs, mobile money credentials, or bank account passwords on our servers.
  • We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, remember preferences, and analyse usage patterns for service improvement.
  • You may request a copy of your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and associated data by contacting our support team.
  • Data retention: Active account data is retained for the duration of your account. Deleted account data is purged within 90 days of account deletion request, except where retention is required by law.

24. Limitation of Liability

Jeskie Services and its platform are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We are not responsible for:

  • Changes to social media platform algorithms, policies, content moderation, or enforcement that affect service performance or retention.
  • Account suspension, restriction, shadow-ban, or permanent ban by any social media platform.
  • Loss of followers, engagement, revenue, brand reputation, or business opportunities that occur independently of our services.
  • Service interruption due to server maintenance, updates, platform outages, or unforeseen technical issues.
  • Payment processing delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers (Safaricom, MTN, Airtel, banks, Binance, etc.).
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.

Maximum liability: Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims related to a specific order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that specific order. Our total aggregate liability for all claims in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during that same 12-month period.

25. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jeskie Services, its owners, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform.
  • Your interactions with social media platforms as a result of using our services.

26. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

If you are located outside Kenya, you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts for the purpose of any proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms. This does not prevent Jeskie Services from seeking injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where infringement or breach is occurring.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any supplementary policies published on the Platform (including the FAQ, About Us, and API documentation pages), constitute the entire agreement between you and Jeskie Services regarding your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.
